Alpine Investments Group partners with investors to acquire, develop, and reposition real estate-backed assets and cash-flowing businesses across Ontario and select international markets. Our private equity platform is driven by rigorous underwriting, hands-on execution, and aligned interests — with investments funded through a mix of company equity and accredited capital, structured via Mutual Fund Trusts and other tax-efficient vehicles.

Real Estate Investments

We acquire, develop, and reposition income-producing and value-add real estate assets across Ontario and select international markets. Our real estate strategy targets opportunities where we can actively unlock upside through better operations, improved leasing, redevelopment, or capital improvements.

We focus on three primary asset classes:

  • Residential – Multi-family properties, purpose-built rentals, and student housing assets in core and secondary markets with strong demand drivers.

  • Commercial & Mixed-Use – Retail plazas, office spaces, and urban mixed-use developments where we can optimize tenant mix, rental rates, or building use.

  • Industrial – Warehousing, logistics, and flex-industrial properties with long-term leaseability, growing tenant demand, and repositioning potential.

Our approach blends institutional-grade underwriting with entrepreneurial execution. We are particularly drawn to off-market deals, under-managed properties, or projects requiring creative structuring and active asset management.

Cash-Flowing Operating Businesses

Alpine also invests in established, cash-generating private businesses with strong fundamentals and scalable operations. We target companies with recurring revenue, defensible market positions, and meaningful growth potential—particularly in industries supported by long-term demand drivers.

Key investment criteria include:

  • Strong historical EBITDA and stable cash flow

  • Recurring or contract-based revenue models

  • Capable management teams or leadership transition opportunities

  • Clear expansion potential or margin improvement levers

As with our real estate investments, we take an active ownership approach—supporting portfolio companies with operational expertise, growth strategy, and capital markets insight. Investments are funded through a combination of Alpine’s internal equity and external investor capital, structured via Mutual Fund Trusts or similar vehicles for tax efficiency and investor flexibility.
